Q. How long in advance should I place my order?
A. Orders should be placed as soon as possible, however a minimum of 48 hours is appreciated. Orders placed for less than 48 hours are certainly welcome but will be considered a rush order and available at a small surcharge.
Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. The cupcake diva delivers to most of the south florida areas and a fee of 15 dollars is charged for all deliveries.
Q. What other products do you offer?
A. The cupcake diva also offers the most delectable cheesecakes, cookies, and specialty brownies that one could imagine. These little diva treats will be sure to surprise and delight everyone!
Q. Can you ship your products?
A. The cupcake diva does not currently ship her sweet treats. We will keep you posted on those changes when they occur.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. You may absolutely pick up your little sweet treats from the cupcake diva. Arrangements for pick up times will be made at the time of the order and the cupcake diva just asks that you be on time.
Q. How should I care for my diva cupcakes?
A. All cupcakes are made daily and fresh for each order. The diva's cupcakes are best served the day that they are purchased. However, if you must wait to serve them you may simply leave them in the box and tightly wrap the box with saran wrap. The cupcake diva does not recommend refrigeration for her cupcakes, but if they are cooled, they are best served back at room temperature. These tips should ensure that everyone will have the best cupcake diva experience.
